Lyman, a city, annexed as part of Russia’s staged referendums by Putin in a televised address, was liberated by Ukrainian forces.
Already, footage is emerging of vast storages of ammunition, though it seems a majority of Russian forces encircled in the city were able to escape.
Lyman was a Russian city for approximately 12 hours, with the city already turning its hands as Russian government sources announced a Russian ‘withdrawal.’
