Sweden has indicated that it may comply with Turkish demands, following reports that Finland would only join if Sweden joined. These concessions are likely political in regards to Sweden’s stance on the PPK and Sweden’s defense industry exports to Turkey.

Ukrainian forces have been hard-pressed in defending the Luhansk pocket, but have faced no significant losses today.

The Russian advance from Mykolaiv was halted after the steep Ukrainian resistance. Russia also faced brief success in Kharkiv, meeting Ukrainian troops in combat and occupying territory.
